CHR® RU/R101

Film-Rulon®
CHR® RU and RU101 are manufactured from skived, patented, filled
PTFE film coated one side with high-temperature pressure-sensitive
adhesive.

Applications—RU and RU101 combine a low coefficient of friction with the
high temperature stability. They also offer outstanding abrasion resistance,
which equates to a 500-fold increase in wear resistance over PTFE in
rotating bearing tests.
Features/Benefits—Rulon® backing is chemically inert and offers excellent
high temperature resistance. RU and RU101 tape construction is stable,
non-toxic and weather resistant. The film surface is self-lubricating and the
backing is conformable. Both tapes are supplied with a peel off release
liner.
Availability—Factory stock for RU and RU101 is in master log form 16.5m
x 432mm. Rolls can be slit 12.7mm wide to 432mm wide. Both are
available with a liner
